السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية بمنطقة البيض – دائرة جيري فيل – (1845- 1962) -french Colonial Policy In The Bayadh Region -gerry City District

الملخص
فرنسا لم تتوقف عند سقوط مدينة الجزائر، بل إن مخططاتها وأهدافها الاستعمارية، كانت تتخطى ذلك إلى فرض الاحتلال على كامل التراب الجزائري. وفي سياق تحقيق هذا الهدف، حاولت اكتشاف المناطق الجنوبية، ومنها منطقة البيض، وحين تمكنت من السيطرة عليها، بعد تعرضها لمقاومة عنيفة من قبل قبائل المنطقة، سارعت إلى تنفيذ سياسات متنوعة لا إنسانية، تعبر عن وحشية فرنسا الاستعمارية. وقد تنوعت هذه السياسة من قتل وإبادة جماعية، وتهجير ونفي لعائلات بأكملها، ومحاولات تهجير بعض القبائل وفقا لمخطط استعماري يرمي إلى القضاء على الثورة، وإنهاء أي خطر أمني يهدد استقرار الإدارة الاستعمارية والمعمرين بالمنطقة، وهذا من أجل نهب خيراتها. والأمر الأكثر خطورة، اتضح من مساعي الاحتلال الفرنسي تغيير هوية المنطقة برمتها، والسعي لتحقيق مشروعه الاستيطاني وتنصير سكان المنطقة، واستغلالهم كعبيد في أعمال السخرة. This policy varied from killing and genocide, to the displacement and exile of entire families, and attempts to displace some tribes according to a colonial plan aimed at eliminating the revolution and ending any security threat that threatened the stability of the colonial administration and the colonizers in the region, and this in order to plunder its resources. What is more dangerous is that it became clear from the French occupations efforts to change the identity of the entire region, and seek to achieve its settlement project and Christianize the region’s population, and exploit them as slaves in forced labor.
