الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى تبيان دور سيادة القانون في تحقيق الحوكمة، فنجاح المؤسسات الوثائقية(المكتبات،مراكزالمعلومات،الأرشيف....)مرهون بتشكيل سيادة قانونية بأنماطها المختلفة و مصادرها المتعددة ،والتي تعتبر أحد أهم سمات الحوكمة بمفهومها المعاصر، وقد تلخصت الدراسة بتحليل وتفسير الاستمارة البحث وتقديم النتائج التي توصلت الى أن المكتبات كلما التزمت بمبدأ سيادة القانون تعززت بداخلها الحوكمة، التي من شأنها تحقيق الرقابة والشفافية ،المسؤولية والمساواة وضمان كفاءة اتخاذ القرارات وتقديم الخدمات بكل فعالية وجدية . Abstract: The study aimed to show the role of the rule of law in strengthening the principles of governance. The success of documentary institutions (libraries, information centers, archives....) depends on the formation of legal sovereignty with its various patterns and its multiple sources, which is considered one of the most important features of governance in its contemporary sense. The study was summarized by analyzing and interpreting The research and presentation of results form, which concluded that the libraries, whenever they adhere to the principle of the rule of law, strengthened governance within them, which would achieve oversight, transparency, responsibility and equality and ensure the efficiency of decision-making and the provision of services in an effective and serious manner.
