الملخص
المتتبع للساحة الدولية ولتطورات الاوضاع الراهنة، لاشك أنه مدرك للتغيرات الرهيبة التي يشهدها العالم وخاصة بعد ما حدث بعد السابع من اكتوبر والاجتياح البري للكيان لقطاع غزة واندلاع الحرب الشعواء التي مازالت قائمة لحتى كتابة هذا المقال، والامر المثير ان آلة القتل الصهيونية قد كشرت عن انيابها في استهداف كل مايتحرك في القطاع، ومقابل ذلك المقاومة الشرسة للمقاومة الفلسطينية لهاته الهجمات الشعواء التي لاتفرق بين صغير أو كبير أو عاجز ، بل أصبحت اهداف عسكرية للجيش الصهيوني، الذي يمارس الابادة الجماعية على نطاق واسع، ضاربا بذلك كل الدعوات لوقف اطلاق النار ، أو التعقل، أو حتى انسنة القصف العشوائي، وجاء هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء على جريمة الابادة التي يرتكبها الكيان ضد شعبنا في غزة وتداعيات الدعوى التي رفعتها دولة جنوب افريقيا امام محكمة العدل الدولية بهذا الصدد Anyone who follows the international arena and the developments of the current situation is undoubtedly aware of the terrible changes that the world is witnessing, especially after what happened after the seventh of October, the entity’s ground invasion of the Gaza Strip, and the outbreak of the brutal war that is still ongoing as of the writing of this article.
