Onomasiological Analysis Of Lexical Peculiarities In Algerian And Moroccan Literary Works

Abstract

This article focuses on a corpus of Algerian and Moroccan literary works to identify the semantic fields giving rise to lexical peculiarities based on meaninng and context. Our comparative onomasiological approach to the neological lexies identified and the areas favoring their appearance enables us to note that their purpose is tinged with values linked to the Maghreb socio-cultural reality.
