المعاش النفسي واللامفرداتية لدى الشباب في وضعية إدمان على المخدرات دراسة حالة واحدة بمركز المساعدة النفسية الجامعي بالمسيلة

الملخص
- الملخص: إن وضعية الإدمان على المخدرات بما تتضمنه من تنظيرات هامة في المجال البحثي، ومن وقائع مختبرة في العمل النفسي مع حالات في هاته الوضعية، تطرح العديد من القضايا الهامة التي تتعلق بالبحث في هاته الوضعية ليس من كونها صدى لمخالفة واختراق الحدود الاجتماعية، بقدر ما هي صدى لمعاناة داخلية ضمن الحياة النفسية لهؤلاء الأفراد، والتي تستحق النظر في حيثيات هاته الوضعية مع استدخال المفاهيم الحديثة لعلم النفس الصحة، من حيث كونها قد تكون عوامل خطر مسهمة في لجوء الفرد إلى وضعية الإدمان على المخدرات كمحاولات للتسوية والتكيف مع الصعوبات الموجودة على المستوى النفسي لديه، وعليه تم من خلال دراستنا محاولة رصد طبيعة المعاش النفسي بما يتضمنه من اكتئاب، و قلق وشعور بالذنب، ومن جهة أخرى اللامفرداتية لدى الشباب في وضعية إدمان على المخدرات، وذلك من خلال المنهج العيادي، بتحليل عيادي لحالة متابعة بمركز المساعدة النفسية الجامعي بالمسيلة، أين تم تطبيق كل من اختبار مينيسوتا متعدد الأوجه للشخصية النسخة الثانية، واختبار تفهم الموضوع، ومقياس تورنتو لقياس الألكسيثيميا، إضافة إلى المقابلات العيادية، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: - يتميز المعاش النفسي للشاب في وضعية إدمان على المخدرات بالدفاعات الهوسية ضد الاكتئاب. - يتميز المعاش النفسي للشاب في وضعية إدمان على مخدرات بالقلق. - يتميز المعاش النفسي للشاب في وضعية إدمان على المخدرات بالشعور بالذنب. - تشكل اللامفرداتية عامل خطر في لجوء الشباب إلى الإدمان. Abstract: Drug addition situation, with its important theories in this field of research and the experiences tested in psychological works with cases in this situation, raises many important issues related to research in this area. Not so much in that it is an echo the violation of and the breaking of social boundaries, as much as it is an echo of the internal suffering in the psychological life of these individuals, which deserves consideration into the merits of this situation with the introduction of modern concepts of health psychology, as there may be risk factors in this area contributing to the individual resorting to drug addiction as an attempt to settle and adapt to the difficulties that exist on his psychological level. Accordingly, in this study, we attempted to monitor the nature of psychological distress, including depression, anxiety, and feelings of guilt, and on the other hand, alexithymia among young people in a state of drug addiction, using the clinical approach and a clinical analysis of a follow-up case at the Psychological Assistance Center at M’sila University, where it was conducted. We also applied the Minnesota Multifaceted Personality Test, Second Edition, the Subject Comprehension Test, and the Toronto Alexithymia Scale, in addition to clinical interviews. The study reached the following results: -The psychological condition of a young person in a drug addiction situation is characterized by manic defences against depression. -The psychological condition of a young person in a drug addiction situation is characterized by anxiety. -The psychological experience of a young person in a drug addiction situation is characterized by feelings of guilt. - Alexithymia is a risk factor in young people resorting to addiction.
