الملخص
ملخص: يمثل الاستثمار في الإنسان أهم مقومات التنمية المجتمعية، لذا يستنير التكوين أهم ملامح الاستثمار الجيد، كونه يشمل الخبرات المنظمة والهادفة إلى إنماء المعارف، والاتجاهات، والمهارات لدى الفرد، ويحقق التكوين غاياته في صناعة الفرد من خلال الوكالات التعليمية النظامية المختلفة، على غرار الجامعة التي تعد القطب الذي تتجه إليه حركية الوعي. في خضم تطلعات الجامعة الجزائرية إلى مواكبة معايير الجودة العالمية في التعليم العالي، تم انتهاج مسار إصلاحي يفعل الاهتمام بالحياة الفكرية والنفسية للطالب كفاعل مركزي في مجتمع الجامعة، لذا يمثل مركز المساعدة النفسية الجامعي بجامعة المسيلة هيكلا مهنيا إنسانيا، يسهم في التكفل النفسي بمشكلات الطالب الأكاديمية والانفعالية والعلائقية، ويعزز تعلماته عبر التكوين النظري والتقني. لذا اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة مكونة من فريق المساعدة النفسية الجامعي، لمحاولة تقييم تجربة المركز على مستوى التكوينات المؤطرة من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في ضوء المؤشرات المتضمنة في شبكة التقييم المصممة لذلك، وتوصلنا إلى ان : تقييم اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لمهام فريق المساعدة النفسية الجامعي و المتعلقة بعمل التكوينات جيد جدا عبر المحاور الثلاث : محو ر المهام و محور المنهجيات و محور النتائج. Abstract: Investing in people is the most important promotion of development societal, in this sense training is the essential index of good investment, because it includes all organized experiences aimed at the deployment of knowledge, and orientations, and skills in the individual. The training thus achieves its purpose in the creation of the subject through the various learning structures, in particular the university, which defines itself as a pole of attraction of the Conscientious intellectual movement. According to the perspectives of the Algerian university which aims to be introduced among the criteria of the world quality of university education, it was essential to take a renovating process allowing a benevolent concern of the intellectual and psychological life of the student , the core vector of the university population, however the M’sila university psychological help center constitutes a body of human work which ensures the support of the students in multiple academic, emotional and relational aspects, and also makes it possible to promote practical learning through theoretical and technical training. It is with this in mind that we have adopted the descriptive method on a population made up of the CAPUM'SILA psychological assistance team in order to assess the training experience provided by the teaching members in the light of the grid of evaluation designed by D.Azoug Djamila, teacher researcher and member of the center. The results announce that: the training is of a very good evaluation through these three axes the operations, the methods, and the results.
