استراتيجية النساء العاملات في تربية الأبناء: دراسة لعينة من الأمهات العاملات ببلدية حمام الضلعة

الملخص

تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع من المواضيع السوسيولوجية الهامة، والذي يتعلق بالمرأة العاملة والكيفية التي تتدبر بها مسألة تربية أبنائها ورعايتهم، حيث أن خروجها للعمل الميداني أثار الكثير من الجدل بين الباحثين من مختلف التخصصات منذ القدم وإلى يومنا هذا فتعددت الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع بتنوع وتعدد الأبعاد التي تتعلق به، وتباينت الآراء ووجهات النظر وأثير الكثير من الجدل حوله بين مختلف الباحثين والدارسين، فمنهم من أيد عمل المرأة وهناك من كان معارض له، لكن حتمية التحولات والتغيرات الحديثة التي عرفها المجتمع الجزائري والتي كان لها أثرها على بنية الأسرة الجزائرية، ومكانة ودور أفرادها، حيث فرضت هذه التغيرات ضرورة خروج المرأة للعمل المهني بغض النظر عن الأسباب التي دفعتها لذلك سواء كانت الحاجة المادية أو الذاتية، فعملها خارج المنزل بالإضافة لعملها داخله ضاعف من أدوارها وزاد من المسؤوليات الملقاة على عاتقها والذي انعكس على دورها كربة بيت وأم مسؤولة بالدرجة الأولى عن رعاية أبنائها وتربيتهم وإشباع مختلف حاجياتهم الأساسية النفسية (عطف، حب، حنان) والبيولوجية (تعليم، تغذية، صحة ...)، حيث وجهت مختلف الأبحاث التي تهتم بموضوع عمل المرأة إلى دراسته من زوايا وابعاد مختلفة، كتأثيره على نفسها وعلى تربية أبنائها وانعكاسه على علاقتها بزوجها، وهو ما دفعنا إلى محاولة البحث في بعد جديد يتعلق بهذا الموضوع؛ حيث تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مسألة عمل الأم من زاوية جديدة وهي محاولة فهم ومعرفة الكيفية والاستراتيجيات التي تتبعها الأم العاملة ببلدية حمام الضلعة في تربية أبنائها، معتمدينا في دراستنا الميدانية على المنهج الكيفي في التحليل، وأجرينا مقابلات مباشرة مع عينة من النساء العاملات ( أمهات) في مختلف القطاعات ببلدية حمام الضلعة. This paper addresses an important sociological topic that related with the working women and strategy that show how she manages the issue of raising and caring her children. Women's work makes a lot of arguments between researchers from varied specialties from the past till now. There were many studies dealt with this topic, due to the diversity and the multiplicity of dimensions related to it. Opinions and points of views were varied between supporters and opponents to the woman's work. However, the inevitability of the new transformation and changes that the Algerian society has witnessed, which had an impact on the Algerian family and its members role and status impose woman to work outside. Regardless her reasons that prompted her to do so, whether the need was financial or personal for work. In addition to her work inside the home, her work outside doubled her role and increased the responsibilities placed on her, which reflected her role as a housewife and mother who is primarily responsible for caring for her children, raising them, and satisfying their various necessary psychological needs (affection, love, tenderness) and biological (education, nutrition, health). Various researches concerned with the issue of women’s work have been directed to studying it from different angles and dimensions, such as its impact on herself, on raising her children, and its impact on her relationship with her husband. That’s what led us to search about a new dimension relates to this topic. In this study we deal with issue of woman's work from a new angle, which seeks to know and understand the ways and Strategies that working mother follow in raising her children in Hammam Dalaa municipality. In our field study we based on the qualitative approach in analysis. We did direct interviews with working mothers from different sectors in Hammam Dalaa city
