الملخص
تعيش الشعوب في عصرنا هذا فصلا جديدا في تاريخها يسمي بالعولمة ، وعملت تكنولوجيا الاتصال على تقليص المسافات اذا اصبح الناس يعيشون في قرية صغيرة. لأن العولمة تؤثر حسب محمد دواس على جميع النواحي وهي في نظره لا تؤثر على الافراد والجماعات بصورة معينة فحسب بل حتى" على حكومات وأمم القارات الخمس" ونحن هنا لا نرى إمكانية فهم ظاهرة العولمة بمعزل عن فهم جميع التحولات الفكرية والتقنية في التاريخ الحديث والمعاصر. People in our time live a new chapter in their history called globalization, and communication technology has worked to reduce distances if people live in a small village. because globalization affects, according to Mohammed Dawwas, on all aspects, which in his view does not affect individuals and groups only in a certain way, but even "the governments and nations of the five continents" and here we do not see the possibility of understanding the phenomenon of globalization in isolation from understanding all intellectual and technical transformations in modern and contemporary history.
