الملخص

تكتنز الذاكرة على كل ما يتصل بصاحبها من أحداث وخبرات ومشاعر ماضية، يتم استدعائها من لحين حسب الحاجة بوعي، أو تتوالد خيوط الماضي بعنف فتقض مضجع الإنسان دون وعي، وبين تناقضات حضورها اللحظي فهي تنفض مشاعر مقبوعة داخل الإنسان، ولما يلجأ الروائي لذاكرة الفردية أو الجماعية فهو ينبش أديمها ا من الزمان والمكان الحاضرين إلى الماضي بكل حمولاته وأبعاده، ويبدأ بمراوغة القارئ بمغامرة جمالية تجمع بين عملية إعادة تشكيل التسلسل السردي وتأثيث مسار سردي متخييل، فتنساق الرواية وتبدأ ولادتها بين تسريد الذاكرة وبناء المتخييل. تروم هذه الورقة البحثية الإمساك بمكامن تمازج الذاكرة والمتخييل في رواية كريسماس، من خلال الإجابة على الإشكال التالي: كيف شكل أحمد خيري العمري فضاءات الذاكرة والمتخيّل في رواية كريسماس؟ Memory, as a reservoir of past events, experiences, and emotions, influences an individual's consciousness, occasionally surfacing consciously when needed, or subconsciously manifesting through intrusive thoughts that disrupt one's sleep. Amidst the contradictions of its fleeting presence, memory unveils latent emotions within an individual. When novelists turn to personal or collective memory, they excavate its layers, transcending the boundaries of present time and space, delving into the burdens and dimensions of the past. Through this process, they engage readers in an aesthetic journey that reconfigures narrative sequences and constructs imaginative pathways. This research paper endeavors to unravel the interplay between memory and imagination in Ahmed Khairy Al-Omari's novel "Christmas." By addressing the formation of memory and imagination within the novel's narrative spaces, we seek to answer the following questions: How did Ahmed Khairy Al-Omari craft the interwoven realms of memory and imagination in the novel "Christmas"?
