The Level Of Emotional Intelligence Among University Teachers: Evidence From University Of Adrar

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of emotional intelligence among teachers at the University of Adrar. Furthermore, identify the effect of demographic and occupational characteristics of teachers on their level of emotional intelligence. To test hypotheses, descriptive statistical tools and analysis of variance were used. The main result of this study indicates that the teachers demonstrated a high level of emotional intelligence. Moreover, their level of emotional intelligence was not affected by their difference in demographic and occupational Characteristics.
