الملخص
أصبحت تمثل الأدوار المتقدمة للجيش في العمليات السياسية أجندات بحثية هامة في الدراسات السياسية المقارنة لما تضطلع به من أدوار سياسية ومجتمعية، ويأتي هذا الدور المتنامي خاصة في الدول الإفريقية بناءاً على المكاسب والإمتيازات الممنوحة للمؤسسة العسكرية، وأيضاً من خلال لعبها دور مهم في مجالات غير العسكرية كالنشاط الإقتصادي داخل الدولة، بالإضافة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع المدني، وهي نتاج مسار طويل في الحياة السياسية للدول كدورها في التحرر الوطني لبلدانها، والسيطرة على الحكم في مرحلة ما بعد الإستقلال. ما تزال الظاهرة العسكرية وعلاقتها بالسلطة السياسية خاصة عمليات الإنتقال السلطوي( تختص الدراسة بالبحث في عمليات الإنتقال الخاصة بمؤسسة الرئاسة) واستمرار ظاهرة الإنقلابات العسكرية تنعكس سلباً على المشاريع التنموية للمجتمعات الإفريقية وعلى الدور الوظيفي والبنيوي للدولة بحيث كثيراً ما أصبح الإنتقال وعملية التدوال على السلطة تتم عن طريق النخب العسكرية The advanced roles of the army in political processes have become important research agendas in comparative political studies due to the political and societal roles it plays. This growing role, especially in African countries, comes based on the gains and privileges granted to the military institution, and also through playing an important role in non-military fields such as military activity. The economic situation within the state, in addition to defining the relationship between the state and civil society, is the product of a long path in the political life of states, such as their role in the national liberation of their countries, and controlling governance in the post-independence stage. The military phenomenon and its relationship with political authority, especially the processes of authoritarian transitions (the study specializes in examining the processes of transition of the presidential institution), and the continuation of the phenomenon of military coups, continues to reflect negatively on the development projects of African societies and on the functional and structural role of the state, so that the transition and the process of alternating power often take place through... Military elite.
