المؤسسات الناشئة : قراءة في مسارات المفهوم

الملخص
تمثل المؤسسات الناشئة في الوقت الحالي الركيزة الأساسية التي يعتمد عليها في النهوض باقتصاديات الدولة لمالها من أهمية بالغة في إظهار أصحاب الكفاءات وتجسيدهم لأفكارهم الجديدة وتوفيرهم لمناصب الشغل وإنشاء الشركات ليس بالأمر الهين خاصة لأول مرة لذا يستلزم من أصحاب المشاريع الراغبين في إنشاء شركاتهم الخاصة التصميم الجيد المتضمن لمسار الإستراتيجية والخطة المفصلة قبل الشروع في تجسيد الفكرة على أرض الواقع. وقد اهتمت الجزائر بالشركات الناشئة لما لها من أهداف للتنمية المستقبلية وكذا الإنجازات المحققة لحد الآن، حيث أن هذه الأخيرة ساهمت كثيرا النهوض بالتنمية المحلية وتحسين مستوى الحياة من كل النواحي في المجتمعات المحلية وتقدم البلاد. summary Start-up companies currently represent the main pillar upon which the country’s economies are relied upon to advance the country’s economies, because they are extremely important in demonstrating qualified people and embodying their new ideas, providing them with job positions, and establishing companies is not an easy matter, especially for the first time. Therefore, it requires project owners who want to establish their own companies to have good design included. The course of the strategy and detailed plan before embarking on embodying the idea on the ground. Algeria has paid attention to emerging companies because of their goals for future development, as well as the achievements achieved so far, as the latter has greatly contributed to the advancement of local development, improving the standard of life in all aspects in local communities, and the progress of the country.
