الملخص
ملخص: تبحث هذه الدراسة في موضوع مناقشة أبرز المقاربات النظرية التي تعرضت لظاهرة الإرهاب وتَجادُلها فيما بينها حول قدرتها التحليلية والتفسيرية للظاهرة، في ظل التنوع في القضايا الدولية والأمنية، على ضوء التغيرات والتحولات التي تشهدها العلاقات الدولية عموما، ومفهوم الظاهرة على وجه الخصوص، من النظريات التقليدية والنفسية والاجتماعية وصولا إلى المشروع المعرفي النقدي لظاهرة الإرهاب، والتي حاولت كلها أن تتعامل بأبعاد وخصائص منهجية ونظرية مختلفة ومتميزة في معالجة التعقيد والتشابك الذي ميز ظاهرة الإرهاب في مفهومها وخصائصها وأبعادها المنفردة من منطقة إلى أخرى ومن فترة زمنية إلى أخرى، وهو الأمر الذي أثار جدلا واسعا واختلافا كبيرا بينها حول الظاهرة ومكافحتها من قبل فواعل المجتمع الدولي، خاصة إذا أخدنا بعين الاعتبار هدف معالجة إشكالية فك الارتباط بين الإرهاب والعديد من الظواهر والمفاهيم ذات العلاقة التي ثار بخصوصها جدلا أكاديميا كبيرا. في خضم كل ذلك شهد حقل دراسات الإرهاب طفرة نوعية من حيث الكم ومن حيث القدرة التفسيرية لعديد المقاربات النظرية التي درست موضوع الإرهاب. Abstract: This study examines the topic of discussing the most prominent theoretical approaches that have been exposed to the phenomenon of terrorism and their debate among themselves about their analytical and explanatory capacity for the phenomenon, in light of the diversity in international and security issues, in light of the changes and transformations witnessed by international relations in general, and the concept of the phenomenon in particular, from traditional and psychological theories. and social approach to the critical cognitive project of the phenomenon of terrorism, All of which attempted to deal with different and distinct methodological and theoretical dimensions and characteristics in addressing the complexity and interconnectedness that characterized the phenomenon of terrorism in its concept, characteristics, and individual dimensions from one region to another and from one period of time to another, which sparked widespread controversy and great disagreement among them regarding the phenomenon and its fight by societal actors. International, especially if we take into account the goal of addressing the problem of disentangling terrorism from many related phenomena and concepts regarding which great academic controversy has arisen. In the midst of all this, the field of terrorism studies witnessed a qualitative boom in terms of quantity and in terms of the explanatory power of many theoretical approaches that studied the topic of terrorism.
