واقع الأمن الغذائي في إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء في ظل تهديدات التغيرات المناخية

الملخص
تعد ظاهرة التغير المناخي العالمي أحد القضايا المحورية المتداولة على الساحة الدولية في عصرنا الراهن، حيث تطرح دائما على طاولات النقاش الدولي وحتى الإقليمي و الوطني،فهي تنطوي على تفاعلات معقدة لها تداعيات سلبية مست مختلف أبعاد الأمن الإنساني لاسيما في بعده الغذائي في مختلف بلدان العالم خصوصا الفقيرة منها، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في التركيبة العلائقية بين التغيرات المناخية و الأمن الغذائي في إقليم جغرافي يعد الأكثر عرضة للتأثيرات السلبية لكلاهما و المتمثل في منطقة جنوب الصحراء الإفريقية، و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الزراعة و الثروة الحيوانية تعد الركيزة الإقتصادية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في بلدان إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء، وعليه فإن الاضطرابات والتغيرات المناخية التي تشهدها هذه المنطقة تزيد من تفاقم مخاطر انعدام الأمن الغذائي، مما يتطلب إتباع إستراتيجية واضحة و متعددة الجوانب للتخفيف و التكيف مع التغيرات المناخية ،وكذا لمعالجة التحديات التي تواجه هذه المنطقة و التي تختلف من بلد لأخر تبعا لمدى تفاوت تأثير التغير المناخي على الأمن الغذائي في هذه البلدان. The global cilmate change is as on of the current key issues traded on the international, regional and even the national debate tables ; where it involves the complex interactions with negative reprecussions that have affected different demensions of the food security, especially the nutrition one in the countries around the world, and the world's poorest in particular. Therefore, the present study aims to search on the rational construction between the climate changes and the food security in a geographical region, which is the most susceptible the negative effects in the region of Sub-Sahara Africa. The study concluded that the agriculture and the livestock are the economic pillar to achieve the food security in the countries of the Sub-Sahara Africa. Accordingly, the climate disparition and changes in this region further aggravate increase risk of the food insecurity, which required a clear and muti-pronged startegy to mitigate the climate changes, adapt with , as well as to address with the challenges facing this region ; and that differ from country to country depending on the extent to which the climate change affects the food security in these countries.
