دور التنمية الزراعية في التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية

الملخص
تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة دور التنمية الزراعية في التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية في الجزائر، وسبل ترقيتها لإيجاد بدائل لقطاع المحروقات لتمويل المشاريع الاقتصادية، واتبعنا المنهج التحليلي الوصفي من أجل تحليل بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية، وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مكانة التنمية الزراعية في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني، غير أنه لا يعكس حجم الامكانيات والتسهيلات المتاحة، وتوصلنا إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات، ومن بين أبرز المقترحات ضرورة الاهتمام بالاستثمار في مجال الزراعة الصحراوية بتقديم لها الدعم اللازم والمرافقة الدائمة، وكذا توفير النقل والمتمثل في تسريع وتيرة انجاز شبكات السكك الحديدية المبرمجة في الجنوب وشق طريق الوحدة الافريقية لفك العزلة عن ترويج المنتجات الزراعية الصحراوية من أجل تعزيز فعالية التنمية الزراعية. و ضمان إنتاج زراعي ذاتي في الأجل القصير لمواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية الراهنة والتقلبات الجيوسياسية. Our study aims to know the role of agricultural development in local economic development in Algeria, and ways to promote it in order to find alternatives to the fuel sector to finance economic projects. We followed the descriptive analytical approach in order to analyze some economic indicators, and through this study we reached the position of agricultural development in supporting the national economy, not It does not reflect the size of the capabilities and facilities available, and we came to a number of recommendations and proposals, and among the most prominent proposals is the need to pay attention to investment in the field of desert agriculture by providing it with the necessary support and permanent accompaniment, as well as providing transportation, which is represented in accelerating the pace of completion of the programmed railway networks in the south and building the unity road. Africa to break the isolation from the promotion of Saharan agricultural products in order to enhance the effectiveness of agricultural development. Ensuring self-sufficient agricultural production in the short term to face current economic challenges and geopolitical fluctuations.
