دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية كآلية لنجاح مشروعات الفنادق السياحية في اليمن (مدينة عدن أنموذجاً).

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشروعات الفندقية السياحية في اليمن, وذلك من خلال التعرف على أهميتها لدى مستثمري الفنادق السياحية, والكشف عن المعوقات التي تواجههم من عمل دراسة الجدوى, وإبراز مستوى ارتباط نجاح تلك المشروعات الخاضعة لدراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية في مدينة عدن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو أهمية دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية ومعوقات عملها, وعلاقتها بمستوى نجاح واستمرار تشغيل الفنادق السياحية فئة (3, 4, 5) نجوم في مدينة عدن. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم اقتراح عدد من التوصيات منها: تفعيل دور دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية بوصفها وسيلة علمية في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري, وتزويد المتخصصين في مجال دراسات الجدوى بالبيانات والمعلومات الدقيقة والحديثة اللازمة لإجرائها, وتوفير الدراسات الداعمة (بحوث التسويق), وزيادة وعي المستثمرين بأهمية دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية. Abstract: The current study aimed to shed light on the economic feasibility study of tourist hotel. projects in Yemen, by identifying its importance to tourist hotel investors, revealing the obstacles they face in conducting the feasibility study, and highlighting the level of correlation to the success of those projects subject to the economic feasibility study in the city of Aden. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study used the descriptive analytical method, and the study concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the study sample members toward the importance of the economic feasibility study and the obstacles to its conducting, and their relationship to the level of success and continuity of operation of tourist hotels category (3, 4, 5). In light of these results, a number of recommendations were proposed, including: activating the role of the economic feasibility study as a scientific facility in making investment decisions, providing specialists in the field of feasibility studies with the accurate and up-to-date data and information necessary to conducting , providing supporting studies (marketing research), and increasing investors’ awareness of the importance of feasibility studies Economic.
