توظيف الإعلام الرقمي في الحفاظ على الذاكرة الجماعية والهوية الوطنية: قراءة تحليلية Employing Digital Media In Preserving Collective Memory And National Identity: An Analytical Reading

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى رصد وتحليل وتفسير فاعلية توظيف الإعلام الرقمي في الحفاظ على الذاكرة الجماعية وهوية الأمة الجزائرية من الزوال والاندثار، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوظيف أداة الملاحظة وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها بالنسبة للباحث والمؤرخ المختص هو الاستثمار في المواد السمعية البصرية وتقديم المعلومـات والوثائق الخاصـة بالثورة التحريرية وإنجازاتها، وكذلك مراقبة ما يتم عرضه عبر مختلف وسائل الاعلام الرقمية، وتوظيف خوارزيمات اليوتيوب وغيرها من المواقع في التوثيق الإعلامي للثورة التحريرية. وفيما يتعلق بالمستخدمين فقد توصلت الورقة البحثية إلى أن المحافظة على الذاكرة الجماعية والهوية الوطنية يكون من خلال إحياء تواريخ مهمة في الثورة التحريرية، والتذكير بالبعد الإسلامي في الحركة الوطنية والثورة التحريرية والكثير من مواقف المجاهدين أثناء الثورة التحريرية، إلى جانب الاهتمام بالفن الشعبي كخطوة فعالة في ترسيخ الذاكرة الجماعية والهوية الوطنية، نتيجة لذلك، وتبعًا لهذه الورقة البحثية تم تقديم بعض التوصيات منها ضرورة توظيف الباحثين والمؤرخين لغة تناسب عصر الإعلام الرقمي لتحفيز الشباب على متابعة الأحداث التاريخية، كذلك يجب أن يكون المحتوى المقدم موثقًا ومهما ولا توجد اختلافات جوهرية حوله، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل صفحات يشرف عليها نشطاء جزائريون بلغات عديدة تشرح ما الذي حدث في الجزائر، بعيدا عن الرواية الفرنسية.Abstract: This paper aims to monitor, analyse and explain the effectiveness of the digital media use in preserving the collective memory and identity of the Algerian nation from disappearance and extinction, using the analytical descriptive method as well as the observation tool. The most important findings for the researcher and historian were the investment in audiovisual materials and the provision of information and documentation about the revolution and its achievements, as well as the monitoring of what is displayed through various digital media, the use of YouTube algorithms and other websites in the media documentation about the revolution.With regard to users, the paper found that the preservation of collective memory and national identity must be through the celebration of important dates during the revolution, the reminder of the Islamic dimension of the national movement and the revolution and many of the positions of the mujahedin during the revolution, as well as taking care about popular art as an effective step in the consolidation of collective memory and national identity. As a result, following this paper, some recommendations were made, including the need for researchers and historians to use a language suited to the digital media era in order to motivate young people to follow historical events. The content must also be well documented, substantial and without substantive controversies about it, in addition to the creation of websites supervised by Algerian in many languages explaining what happened in Algeria, far from the French narrative
