الملخص
إن الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هي تقديم معرفة تاريخية حول مفهوم المجتمع المدني وأهم المقومات الإيديولوجية و المعرفية التي يقوم ، من خلال التناول الفلسفي و السوسيولوجي لهذا المفهوم في الظرف الأوروبي الغربي على الخصوص إضافة إلى التناول الحديث له في الوقت الراهن ، حيث كان المنهج التاريخي الجدلي مناسب في هذه الدراسة التحليلية التي تعالج مفهوم كلاسيكي و حديث في نفس الوقت له معنى دلالي ذو طبيعة تاريخية فلسفية و سوسيولوجية . في الختام يظهر مفهوم المجتمع المدني كسيرورة تاريخية تعبر عن فترة معينة للحظة التاريخية في المجتمع ، فهو يشير أولا إلى مجال سياسي و إيديولوجي لتحقيق سيطرة الدولة على مؤسساتها المجتمعية ، و في المقام الثاني يظهر على أنه توصيف للنظام الإجتماعي الذي يقوم على أفكار المواطنة و الديمقراطية . The objective of this research article is to provide historical knowledge on the concept of civil society and the most important ideological and cognitive components on which it is based, through the philosophical and sociological approach of this concept in the context of Western Europe in particular, in addition to the modern approach at present, where was the dialectical historical approach. It is appropriate in this analytical study, which deals with a concept that is both classical and modern and which has a semantic significance of a historical, philosophical and sociological nature. In conclusion, the concept of civil society appears as a historical process which expresses a specific period of the historical moment of society. It refers, on the one hand, to a political and ideological field to obtain state control over its societal institutions, and on the other hand. , it appears as a description of the social system based on the ideas of citizenship and democracy.
