الملخص
ملخص : تتناول هذه الورقة فلسفة العدالة عند جون رولز باعتباره واحدا من اهم المشتغلين بالفلسفة السياسية المعاصرة . لقد انطلق في اطروحته من نقده للاتجاه النفعي في السياسة و الاخلاق و الذي فرض نفسه بوضوح في المجتمع الليبرالي بالخصوص و كان وراء اغلب الازمات التي عرفتها البشرية في العصر الحديث . واسس بعدها تصوره الخاص للعدالة انطلاقا من اعتبارها قيمة القيم ، كما دعم هذا التصور بمجموعة من العناصر التي من شانها ان تحقق العدالة في المجتمعات الراهنة : كأخلاق السلطة و اخلاق الجماعة و الاخلاق المؤسسة على مبادئ الكلمات المفتاحية : رولز – العدالة – القيمة- المحتمع- الانصاف- الوضع الأصلي – حجاب الجهل Summary : This paper discusses the philosophy of justice according to John Rawls, as he is one of the most important workers in contemporary political philosophy. He started his thesis from his criticism of the utilitarian trend in politics and ethics, which clearly imposed itself in liberal society in particular and was behind most of the crises that humanity has known in the modern era. He then established his own perception of justice based on its consideration of the value of values. He also supported this perception with a set of elements that would achieve justice in current societies: such as the morality of authority, the morality of the group, and morality based on principles.
