العدالة...من "رولز" إلى "هابرماس"، ومن "هابرماس" إلى "رولز" Justice... From Rowls To Habermas, And From Habermas To Rowls

الملخص

يتمحور البحث حول العدالة، وما يكتنف القضية ذاتها من عدم اتفاق بالغ، ولعل الدليل ما تحمله المناظرة الشهيرة التي دارت بين فيلسوفين كبيرين "جون رولز" و"يورغن هابرماس"، فالعدالة أهم إشكالية فلسفية ومطلب تسعى إليه الشعوب قاطبة، فهي فضيلة أخلاقية تتحدد قيمتها في تطبيقاتها العملية، وفي تجسيدها على أرض الواقع، ولا يكاد المرء يستطيع التفكير في مبدأ يضاهي العدالة في أهميته لصلاح الفرد ومن ثم صلاح المجتمع، فإذا اختلت موازينها اشتكى الناس من الظلم ونشبت الصراعات، ولهذا قامت ثورات عدة تسعى إلى تطبيق العدالة الاجتماعية لتحقيق النموذج الأسمى للإنصاف والعدل. تكمن أهمية الموضوع في تبيان أهم الإشكاليات التي تدور حول مفهوم العدالة، باعتباره أهم المواضيع الفلسفية ذات الطابع السياسي والاجتماعي، الذي تناوله "رولز" تنظيرا و"هابرماس" تواصلا وذلك في صلة ممتدة لفكر رولز. This research focuses on justice, and on the deep disagreement surrounding the issue itself, as well as on the evidence of the famous debate between John Rawls and Jürgen Habermas. Justice is the most important philosophical issue and a requirement that people seek, because it is a moral virtue whose value is determined in its embodiment on the ground. There have been revolutions that seek to apply social justice to achieve the supreme model of equity and justice. The importance of the subject of justice in this research lies in the clarification of the most important problems that revolve around this concept, as it is the most important philosophical subject of a political and social nature that Rawls addressed theorizing and Habermas in the communication, in an extended connection to Rawls' thought.
