الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء نظرة معمقة حول المحكمة الدستورية من خلال قراراتها من حيث رقابة المطابقة للدستور والرقابة الدستورية وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى جملة الإجراءات والضوابط المنظمة لعمل المحكمة الدستورية بتحليل النصوص القانونية التنظيمية الصادرة بعد التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، والتي تخضع لها عملية الرقابة على دستورية القوانين بدءا من تحريك الرقابة عن طريق الإخطار مرورا بمختلف الإجراءات التي تتولاها المحكمة الدستورية لغاية فصلها في موضوع الإخطار وما يترتب عنه من قرارات في مجال رقابة المطابقة والرقابة الدستورية والتي تم التوصل إليها عمليا لسنتي 2022 و2023. This study aims to take an in-depth look at the Constitutional Court through its decisions in terms of monitoring conformity with the Constitution and constitutional oversight, by addressing the set of procedures and controls regulating the work of the Constitutional Court by analyzing the regulatory legal texts issued after the constitutional amendment of 2020; Which is subject to the process of monitoring the constitutionality of laws, starting from initiating the oversight through notification, through the various procedures undertaken by the Constitutional Court until it decides on the subject of the notification and the resulting decisions in the field of conformity monitoring and constitutional oversight, which were reached in practice for the years 2022 and 2023
