الملخص
الملخص: من الملاحظ أن الاهتمام في تزايد متواصل من قبل الباحثين بالمقاولة النسوية في الجزائر خاصة أنها إحدى مصادر النمو والإبداع والمشاركة في امتصاص البطالة، ولأن المرأة الجزائرية لم تعد تكتفي بالأدوار التقليدية التي أوكلت لها، حيث برهنت على قدرتها في التسيير والقيادة على اختلاف المجالات، متخطية معظم العقبات التي تواجهها من أجل إبراز قدرتها وإثبات ذاتها كفاعلة في المجتمع. بالرغم من التناقضات الاجتماعية التي كانت ولازالت تثير الجدل فيما يخص توجه المرأة نحو إنشاء وإدارة وتسيير مؤسساتها الخاصة لهذا تعد المهمة صعبة لكل امرأة تطمح أن تكون رائدة في مجالها. Abstract: It Is noted That the interest of researchers in womens’entrepreneurship in Alegria is constantantly increasing, especially since it is one of the sources of growth, creativity, and participation in absorbing unemployment, and because algerian women are no longer satisfied with the traditional roles assigned to them, as hey have demostrated their ability to manage and lead in various fields, surpassing most the obstacles she faces in order to highlight her ability and prove herselfas an actor in society, despite the social contradictions That have been and continue to raise controversy regarding womens’orientation to wards establishing, managing and managing their own institution, This Is a difficult task for every woman who aspires to be a leader in her field Keywords: women entrepreneurs; leadership ; development process .
