الملخص
تناقش هذه الدراسة مسألة مهمة شغلت العقل الإسلامي بمختلف تجلياته، بسبب تأثيراتها عليه وعلى التاريخ والجغرافية في الوقت نفسه، بل أن تأثرها تعدى المسلمين لغيرهم، فهي تعالج مسألة مشروعية الحاكم ووظيفته في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي. وعلى هذا الأساس، سنحاول أن نجيب عن سؤال يتعلق بمشروعية وجود سلطة سياسية في الإسلام في حد ذاتها، ومن ثم وظيفتها، وأخيرا مسألة التمرد عليها أو بالأحرى الثورة عليها، وما يترتب على ذلك من تأثيرات متناقضة. منهج الدراسة: طبيعة الدراسة، تتطلب منهج تحليلي نقدي، يعتمد على تقديم التصورات والأراء ومناقشتها، دون إهمال للمنهج المقارن الذي استعننا بها كلما دعت الضرورة. الأصالة: الدراسة رغم أنها تعالج مسألة مهمة سبق وأن أثيرت حولها كثير من النقاش والجدل، إلا أن ما تقدمه من طريقة عرض وأراء وما توصلت إليه من نتائج تمثل إجابة واضحة ودقيقة للإشكالية المطروحة. This study discusses an important issue that has occupied the Islamic mind in its various manifestations due to its impact on it and on history and geography at the same time. Its impact has even reached both muslims and non-muslims as well. This study deals with the issue of the ruler's legitimacy and his role in Islamic political thought. Based on this premise, this study will attempt to answer a question regarding the legitimacy of the existence of political authority in Islam itself, its function, and ultimately the issue of rebellion against it, or rather revolution against it, and the contradictory effects that result from it. Study Approach: The nature of the study requires a critical analytical approach, relying on presenting perspectives and opinions and discussing it. This is done without neglecting the comparative method that we have employed whenever necessary. Authenticity: Despite addressing an issue that has sparked much debate and discussion, the presentation of the study, its opinions, and the results it has reached represent a clear and precise answer to the posed problem.
