Enshrining The Autonomy Of Commercial Law By The Principle Of Free Proof In Commercial Transactions

Abstract

Trade law arises from the commercial environment, influenced by its changes and transformations, which has made its rules flexible in order to keep pace with the rapid developments in the trading world. These rules have made commercial law distinct from other laws, and the determination of the principle of freedom of proof in commercial transactions is the most important application of this so that it becomes unique and imposes upon it the imperative of its autonomy from civil law.
