: تعد الوثائق المحلية مصادر مهمة لأي باحث في التاريخ، و سجلات المحكمة الشرعية لعين صالح تزخر بمادة متنوعة حول تاريخ المنطقة خاصة في الجوانب الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية، و يبلغ عددها خمسة من الحجم الكبير، و دفتر من الحجم الصغير، تغطي فترة هامة من تاريخ البلاد في الفترة الاستعمارية. وهي اليوم بحوزة عائلة الطالب عبد الله بقصر المرابطين، وهي من الأسر التي تولى بعض شيوخها التعليم و القضاء و الإفتاء ، وتضم تلك السجلات عقود البيع و الشراء، و عقود الزواج والطلاق، و تسجيل التركات والتقارير الدورية التي كانت تتم بين القاضي و بين الضباط الفرنسيين المكلفين بمكتب الشؤون العسكرية الإسلامية بعين صالح . The local documents are considered as important sources for any researcher in history. The records of the Legal Court of Aïn Salah are full of a variety of material about the history of the region, especially in the social and economic aspects, and there are five records of the large size, and a notebook of the small size.Thses records cover an important period in the history of the country in the colonial period. Today, it is in the possession of the Taleb Abd Allah family in Kaser Almourabitin.This family was considered as one of the families whose the elders or sheikhs took over judiciary. Those records include sales and purchase contracts, marriage and divorce contracts, and registration of estates and .reports that were made between the judge the French officers assigned to the office of Islamic Military Affairs in Aïn Salah
