الحماية القانونية لحق الطفل المعاق في التعلم بمؤسسات التربية و التعليم العمومية في الجزائر

الملخص
تطبيقا للاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بحماية حقوق الطفل ، تسعى الدولة الجزائرية للمحافظة على حقوق الطفل و ترقيتها لا سيما حقوق الطفل المعاق في مجال التحصيل العلمي . و تحقيقا لمبدا تكافؤ الفرص ، سن المشرع الجزائري اليات لتطوير امكانياته و قدراته من خلال الانتقال به من الية التعليم في المراكز المتخصصة الى الية الدمج في الوسط المدرسي العادي ضمانا لحقه في التعلم. تهدف هذه الدراسة القانونية لحق الطفل المعاق في التعليم الى تقييم و تحليل مدى فعالية الاليات التي سنها المشرع الجزائري لإدماج الأطفال المعاقين بالوسط المدرسي العادي لتحقيق التحصيل العلمي للطفل المعاق و ادماجه في المجتمع. In accordance with international conventions on the protection of children's rights, the Algerian state seeks to preserve and promote the rights of children with disabilities in the field of educational attainment. In order to achieve the principle of equal opportunities, the Algerian legislator enacted mechanisms to develop his abilities by moving him from the teaching mechanism in specialized centers to the mechanism of integration in the ordinary school environment to ensure his right to learn. This legal study of the right of a disabled child to education aims to assess and analyse the effectiveness of the mechanisms enacted by the Algerian legislator to integrate disabled children into the normal school environment to achieve the educational attainment and integration of the disabled child into society.
