استراتيجية التعليم المُصغر في حقل التّعليمية وفعاليته في تكوين المُكوّنين

الملخص
كرّس القائمون على النظام التربوي جهودهم لتأهيل المعلمين قبل الخدمة و في أثنائها بحكم أهمية دورهم في إنجاح العملية التّعليمية التعلّمية، من خلال توفير الدعم اللازم لتطويرهم أكاديميًا، تربويًا، مهنيًا، معرفيًا ونفسيًا لمُجابهة تعقد مهنة التدريس، نظرًا لما قد يعترض سبيلهم من صعوبات أثناء مُباشرة عملية التدريس، ممّا قد يؤدي إلى تعقد الموقف التعليمي. لذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية مُسلطة الضوء على أسلوب التدريس المصغر كتقنية جديدة دخلت الحقل التعليمي، وكحلٍ فعّالٍ يسمح بتفتيت عملية التدريس إلى مهارات فرعية، ممّا يُسهل على المعلّم التركيز على مهارة واحدة في كل مرة، ويساعده على تلقي التغذية الراجعة من المشرف على عملية التكوين، ممّا يُسهم في تحسين أداءات المعلّمين، والتّقليل من تعقُد هذا الموقف التعليمي، وتزويدهم بمعلومات وتغذية راجعة عن هذا الأداء وهو ما يعود بالفائدة على معلمينا ومتعلمينا بصفة خاصة، ومنظومتنا التربوية بصفة عامة. Educational system organizers devoted their efforts to qualify teachers before and during the service due to their important role in the success of the educational process, by providing the necessary support for their academic, educational, professional, cognitive and psychological development to meet the complexity of the teaching profession, given the difficulties they may encounter during the teaching process, which may complicate the educational situation. Therefore, this research paper highlighted the micro-teaching method as a new technique that entered the educational field as an effective solution that allows the teaching process to be divided into sub-skills. This facilitates the teacher to focus on one skill at a time, and helps them receive feedback from the configuration supervisor, which contributes to improving the performance of teachers, reducing the complexity of this educational situation, and providing them with information and feedback on this performance, which benefits our teachers and learners in particular, and our educational system in general.
