المعلّم الناجح وأساسيات التواصل اللغوي مع المتعلّم

الملخص
يؤدي المعلّم دورا فعّالا في المجتمع ، وعليه مسؤولية كبيرة في تكوين شخصية الأجيال. وللقيام بتلك المسؤولية لا بد من توافر جملة من الصفات والشروط التي إن انعدمت أو غفل عنها أو تهاون فيها المعلّم أدى ذلك إلى نتائج سلبية ، وأنتج جيلا متكاسلا، متهاونا لا يستشعر في نفسه عظمة المسؤولية ، ولا يمكنه أن يحصّل معرفة أو تربية تمكنه من مواجهة الأزمات والتفاعل في مختلف المواقف. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذا البحث هو أنّ معرفة الأستاذ بمختلف أنواع وسائل التواصل ومدى إتقانه لها واستعمالها بطريقة بيداغوجية ، يمكّنه من خلق الدافعية لدى الطالب ، ويزرع في نفسه الثقة ، ويقضي على عوامل الإحجام عن التعلّم. The teacher maks an active role in society, and he is responsible for shaping the character of generations. To carry out this responsibility, several qualities and conditions must be present, which if they are absent, overlooked, or neglected by the teacher, will lead to negative results. It has produced a lazy, negligent generation that does not feel the greatness of responsibility and cannot obtain knowledge or education that would enable it to confront crises and interact in various situations. Among the results reached in this research is that the professor’s knowledge of various types of communicative means, the extent of his mastery of them, and his use of them in a pedagogical manner enables him to create motivation among the student, make him confident, and eliminate factors of reluctance to learn.
