الملخص
التحولات الجيوسياسية الحاصلة على مستوى، النظام الدولي تلقي بظلالها على واقع الصراع الإيراني السعودي، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمجال العلاقة مع القوة المهيمنة على الشؤون الدولية " الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية " و القوة الساعية لإعادة تشكيل النظام الدولي الجديد " روسيا "، وتأثير هذه العلاقة على طبيعة الصراع بينهما، حيث تمثل منطقة الشرق الأوسط والخليج العربي خصوصاً، أحد أبرز الفضاءات الإستراتيجية المؤثرة في بنية ونمط التفاعل الدولي نظراً لأهميتها الجيواستراتيجية وبالتالي تنعكس هذه التحولات على مجريات الأحداث في المنطقة. Abstract The geopolitical changes taking place at the level of the international system cast a shadow on the reality of the Iranian-Saudi conflict, especially with regard to the relationship with the dominant power in international affairs “the United States of America” and the force seeking to reshape the new international system “Russia”, and the impact of this relationship on the nature of the conflict Between them, the Middle East and the Arabian Gulf in particular, represent one of the most important strategic spaces affecting the structure and pattern of international interaction due to its geostrategic importance and thus these transformations are reflected in the course of events in the region.
