الملخص
ملخص: حاولت هذه الورقة التعريف بمصدر مُهم في كتابة تاريخ الجزائر خلال العهد الحديث وهو الأرشيف العثماني المحفوظ في أرشيف رئاسة الجمهورية التركية في إسطنبول. قسمنا الورقة البحثية إلى قسمين أساسيين: الأوَّل سعى إلى التعريف ببعض النماذج البحثية التي اعتمدت الأرشيف العثماني في كتابة جزء مِن تاريخ الجزائر. أمَّا القسم الثاني فقد خُصِّص لتقديم نماذج من الوثائق الأرشيفية والمراسلات الرسمية الموجودة في هذا الأرشيف باللغتين العثمانية والعربية. وهو ما أتاح لنا التعرف على أهمية هذا الرصيد الأرشيفي. كما قدمنا أمثلة مهمة عن الأخطاء الموجودة في بعض السرديات التاريخية بخصوص تاريخ الجزائر. في الخاتمة بينّا بأنّ الانفتاح على الأرشيف العثماني في كتابة تاريخ الجزائر أصبح حتمية معرفية وليس اختيارية، لأنّ الكشف عن وثائق الأرشيف العثماني سيساهم في الانفتاح على مواضيع جديدة في تاريخ الجزائر لم تطرق بعد. Abstract: This paper attempts to present the Ottoman archive documentation preserved in the archives of the Presidency of the Turkish Republic in Istanbul and to shed light on its importance in writing the history of Algeria during the modern era. The paper has two main parts. The first one seeks to introduce some research models that implement the Ottoman archive documents in writing the history of Algeria. The second part of this paper presents several samples of archive material and official correspondences written in both Ottoman and Arabic languages. The former references allow us to recognize the importance of this archive. To value the importance of including these references in writing Modern Algerian History, some crucial records about the errors marked in some historical narratives regarding the history of Algeria are mentioned. In conclusion, the paper points to the fact that consulting the Ottoman archive documentation in writing the history of Algeria has become necessary. Résumé: Cet article présente une source importante dans l'écriture de l'histoire moderne de l'Algérie, à savoir l'archive ottomane conservée dans les archives de la présidence de la République turque à Istanbul. Cet article est devisé en deux parties : la première vise à présenter certains modèles de recherche qui ont adopté les archives ottomanes pour écrire l'histoire de l'Algérie. Alors que la seconde partie est consacrée à la présentation d'exemples de documents d'archives et de correspondance officielle découverts dans ces archives, en langues ottomane et arabe. Cela nous a permis la reconnaissance l'importance de ces archives. En outre, des exemples importants d'erreurs trouvées dans certains récits historiques concernant l'histoire de l'Algérie ont été également fournis. En conclusion, il raisonnable d’assumer que l'ouverture aux archives ottomanes dans l'écriture de l'histoire de l'Algérie est devenue une nécessité cognitive indispensable.
