مساهمة مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في مواجهة ظاهرة العنف الرمزي ضد المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على ظاهرة أصبحت منتشرة بشكل واسع ومتزايد بالمجتمع الجزائري، هذه الظاهرة تتعلق بالعنف عموما والعنف الرمزي خاصة الممارس ضد المرأة الجزائرية في مختلف المجالات، حيث أثبت الواقع بأن هذه الظاهرة الحديثة نوعا ما مقارنة بالعنف العنف اللفظي والعنف الجسدي الذي كان سائدا ومازال إلى يومنا هذا في أغلب المجتمعات، والمجتمع الجزائري واحدة منها. ونجد هذا النوع من العنف منشرا في الكثير من المواقع كالأسرة والمؤسسات التربوية الجامعية والصحية... وكافة المؤسسات الأخرى دون استثناء، وحتى في البيئة الخارجية للأسرة. ولقد الكثير من الدراسات الحديثة والمساهمات الفكرية المختلفة بأن العنف الرمزي يخلف ويترك أثارا حادة على الجوانب النفسية للمرأة، ويتعدى ذلك إلى الآثار السلبية على العلاقات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الجزائري الواحد. وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة، بان المؤسسات المختلفة للتنشئة الاجتماعية تساهم بدرجات متفاوتة في التصدي ومواجهة هذه السلوكات غير سليمة وغير صحية في المجتمع الجزائري ، وذلك من خلال التخطيط والتنسيق والتعاون المستمر بين مختلف هذه المؤسسات، وتوفير كافة الإمكانيات البشرية المؤهلة والمادية التي تساهم بشكل جدي وفعال في معالجة هذه الظاهرة والظواهر المشابهة ، وتقديم الحلول المناسبة وسن التشريعات اللازمة للحد من هذه الظاهرة التي لها الدور الكبير في تفكك الأسر والمجتمع الجزائري. This study came to shed light on a phenomenon that has become widespread and increasing in Algerian society. This phenomenon is related to violence in general and symbolic violence in particular, practiced against Algerian women in various fields. The reality has proven that this phenomenon is somewhat modern compared to verbal violence and physical violence that was prevalent. And it is still to this day in most societies, and Algerian society is one of them. We find this type of violence widespread in many sites, such as the family, educational, university and health institutions ... And all other institutions without exception, even in the external environment of the family. There have been many recent studies and various intellectual contributions that symbolic violence has and leaves severe effects on the psychological aspects of women, and this goes beyond negative effects on social relations in the single Algerian society. Through this study, it was concluded that the various institutions of socialization contribute to varying degrees in addressing and confronting these unhealthy and unhealthy behaviors in Algerian society, through planning, coordination and continuous cooperation between these various institutions, and the provision of all qualified human and material capabilities that contribute significantly.Serious and effective in addressing this phenomenon and similar phenomena, and providing appropriate solutions and enacting the necessary legislation to reduce this phenomenon, which has a major role in the disintegration of families and Algerian society.
