واقع وآفاق سوق العمل في ظل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي دراسة حالة سوق العمل بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للفترة (2022-2030)

الملخص
غَزَت برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي مختلف المجالات الحياتية للإنسان، وأضحت استخداماتها تتوسع شيئاً فشيئاً لتشمل وظائفه اليومية على اختلاف أصنافها خاصّة في مجال العمل، ما يدفعنا للتساؤل عن مستقبل وظائف الإنسان في ظل تسارع استخدام التكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي كيف سيكون؟ وهو هدفنا من هذا البحث الذي نستعرض فيه الواقع الراهن لسوق العمل والآفاق المتوقعة له مع تزايد تبني أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، مع دراسة حالة سوق العمل بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، انطلاقا من دراسات سابقة وباستخدام مراحل المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن هناك بعض الوظائف ستزول وتختفي، وبعضها سيتزايد الطلب عليها مستقبلا، وهناك منها من لن يتأثر بمتغير الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي. Abstract : Artificial intelligence programs have invaded various aspects of human life, and their uses are gradually expanding to include his daily functions of all kinds, especially in the field of work, which leads us to wonder about the future of human jobs in light of the acceleration of the use of technology and artificial intelligence, how will it be? This is our goal from this research in which we review the current reality of the labor market and its expected prospects with the increasing adoption of generative artificial intelligence systems, with a case study of the labor market in the United States of America, based on previous studies and using the stages of the descriptive analytical method, we have reached several results, the most important of which are: that there are some jobs that will disappear, and some of them will increase demand for them in the future, and there are those that will not be affected by the variable of generative artificial intelligence
