الملخص
يعتبر الحق النقابي من أهم الحقوق التي عرفت اهتماما على الصعيد الدولي و الوطني من خلال معالجة الاتفاقيات الدولية لممارسة الحق النقابي و تكريس النصوص الداخلية له، فحضي باهتمام المشرع منذ الاستقلال . محاولا تكريس مبدأ الحرية الفردية والجماعية وإقرار استقلالية المنظمات النقابية وحمايتها وأعضائها من كل أشكال التدخل، الضغط والتمييز وهذا من خلال التنظيم الأخير بموجب قانون23/02. The trade union right is considered one of the most important rights that have received attention at the international and national levels through dealing with international agreements to exercise the trade union right and devoting internal texts to it. It has received the attention of the legislator since independence, trying to establish the principle of individual and collective freedom and to establish the independence of trade union organizations and protect them and their members from All forms of interference, pressure and discrimination, and this is through the recent regulation under Law 23/02.
