الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على وسائل استثمار الوقف ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية للمجتمع. يشكل الوقف أحد العناصر الأساسية في التكوين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمجتمع الإسلامي. فقد أثبتت الوقائع التاريخية دوره ونشاطه في إمداد هذا المجتمع وتحصينه. فالوقف يعتبر أحد عناصر التنمية الاجتماعية، فهو يقوم على عمليات تغيير اجتماعي تركز على البناء الاجتماعي ووظائفه بغرض إشباع الحاجات الاجتماعية للأفراد وتقديم الخدمات المناسبة لهم في جوانب التعليم والصحة والإسكان والتدريب المهني وتنمية المجتمعات المحلية، بحيث تنفذ من خلال توحيد الجهود الأهلية والحكومية This study aims at focusing on the means of investing the moratorium and its role in the social development of society. The moratorium is one of the fundamental elements in the economic and social composition of the Islamic community. Historical facts have demonstrated its role and activity in the supply and immunization of this society. The moratorium is one of the elements of social development. It is based on social change processes that focus on social construction and its functions in order to satisfy individuals' social needs and provide them with appropriate services in the aspects of education, health, housing, vocational training and community development, so that it is implemented through the consolidation of community and government efforts.
