الأوقاف الإباضية بوادي مزاب ودورها الاجتماعي قديما وحديثا Ibadi Endowments In The M’zab Valley And Their Social Role.

الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز جوانب من الدور الاجتماعي للأوقاف الإباضية في منطقة وادي مزاب . وقد عرفت الجزائر أنواعا كثيرة من الأوقاف منذ الفتح الإسلامي لبلاد المغرب، وأضحت مؤسسة الأوقاف من أهم مؤسسات الدولة بالجزائر في العهد العثماني، كما عرفت منطقة وادي مزاب بالجنوب الجزائري أوقافا عديدة حبسها أصحابها بغرض مساعدة الفقراء والمعوزين؛ بما يكفل لهم حياة كريمة. وخلصت الورقة البحثية إلى التأكيد على أن الأوقاف والحبوس الإباضية في وادي مزاب، قد تميّزت بحسن التنظيم والتسيير من قبل هيئة العزّابة التي استطاعت رغم تقلّبات الزمن، سواء قبل الاستقلال أو بعده؛ أن تحافظ عليها بقوة وتوجّهها بإخلاص لما يخدم المجتمع المحلي في جميع مناحي الحياة، فرغم المشاكل التي حلّت بالنظام الوقفي الإباضي، إلا أن الهيئة المسيرة له عالجت هذه المشاكل؛ بما يتوافق مع طبيعة المجتمع المحلي وحاجاته الاجتماعية بصفة خاصة، حتى غدت الأوقاف اليوم في مزاب تحتل موقعاً أساسياً في بنيته الاجتماعية؛ وتُعبّر بحق عن روح التضامن والتعاون والتكافل بين أفراده. Abstract : This research paper aims to highlight aspects of the social role of Ibadi endowments (awqaf) in the M’zab Valley . Algeria has known many types of endowments since the Islamic settlement in of the Maghrebcountries. The endowmentsfoundation has become one of the most important state institutions in Algeria during the Ottoman Era. The M’zabValley, in southern Algeria, has also witnessed numerous endowments, whose owners have endowed them in order to help the poor and the needy, in a way that guarantees them a decent life. The research paper concluded to the social status that the Ibadi endowments have in the M’zabValley because they were characterized by a good organization and management by the religious council;‘Azaba’, which was able, despite the fluctuations of time, both before and after independence,to preservethem vigorously and managethemhonestly to serve the local community in all aspects of life. Despite the problems that occurred in the Ibadi endowment system during the period of research, the governing authoritymanaged to solve them, in accordance with the nature of the local community and its social needs in particular.Therefore, the endowments in the M’zabtoday occupy a basic position in its social structure; they truly reflect the spirit of solidarity, cooperation and assistance among its members
