Strategic Objectives As An Administrative Requirement In Embodying Sports Professionalism In Algerian Clubs

Abstract

Our study aims to examine the contribution of strategic objectives as an administrative requirement in embodying sports professionalism in Algerian clubs. The study population consists of all administrators of the top professional football clubs during the sports season: 2022/2023, as they were selected in a simple randomway, and consisted of (31) individuals from the original community. Weused the descriptive analytical approach with the use of a questionnaire tool. Among the most important results reached: that strategic objectives as an administrative requirement contribute to a moderated gree to the embodiment of sports professionalism in Algerian clubs تهدف دراستنا إلى معرقة مساهمة الأهداف الاستراتيجية كمتطلب إداري في تجسيد الاحتراف الرياضي بالأندية الجزائرية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع إداري الأندية المحترفة الأولى لكرة القدم خلال الموسم الرياضي:2022/2023، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة ، وقوامها(31) فرد من المجتمع الأصلي، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام أداة الاستبيان. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن الأهداف الاستراتيجية كمتطلب إداري تساهم بدرجة متوسطة في تجسيد الاحتراف الرياضي بالأندية الجزائرية.
