Sports Selection In Amateur Sports Clubs Between Field Experience And Scientific Determinants

Abstract

Through this research, the researcher decided to shed light on the reality of sports clubs from the side of the sports selection of juniors, as it is considered the first step towards selecting a qualified athlete. It consists of three axes distributed to 30 coaches, and the researcher used in the statistical process the percentage and x squared, and the researcher concluded that there are coaches who use sports selection before the player belongs to the team, but with different levels of application, where modern selection by modern means is very weak من خلال هذا البحث قرر الباحث أن يسلط الضوء على واقع الأندية الرياضية من جانب الانتقاء الرياضي للناشئين، حيث يعتبر الخطوة الأولى نحو إنتقاء الرياضي المؤهل ، و لعلاج التساؤل قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة و قام ببناء إستبيان موجه لمدربي كرة القدم للهواة مكون من ثلاث محاور وزع على 30 مدرب، و قد إستخدم الباحث في العملية الاحصائية النسبة المؤوية و كا تربيع و قد توصل الباحث إلى أن هناك من المدربين من يستخدم الانتقاء الرياضي قبل إنتماء اللاعب للفريق لكن بمستويات مختلفة من التطبيق حيث الانتقاء الحديث بالوسائل الحديثة ضعيف جدا.
