مسؤواية الناقل الجوي عن حوادث الإرهاب الجوي

الملخص
يعتبر موضوع مسؤولية الناقل الجوي على الركاب من المواضيع التي أثارت اهتماما كبيرا على المستوى الدولي و هذا راجع لما يمتاز به هذا الموضوع من عدة اختلافات وآراء وتعدد المسؤوليات وتنوعها من قبل الناقل الجوي ومن أهم هذه الأنواع لدينا موضوع الإرهاب الجوي المتمثل في اختطاف الطائرات أو وضع قنابل على متن الطائرة واستعمال الأسلحة من أجل تخويف الركاب وقائم الطائرة وقد تلحق في أغلب الأوقات ضررا بالركاب أو في أمتعتهم فكان لابد من دراسة موضوع مدى مسؤولية الناقل الجوي الأضرار التي قد تلحق بالركاب جراء عمليات الإرهاب الجوي و الدوافع التي يتمسك بها من أجل دفع المسؤولية عن التعويض. The issue of the responsibility of the air carrier on passengers is one of the topics that have aroused great interest at the international level and this is due to the advantage of this topic of several differences and opinions and the multiplicity of responsibilities and diversity by the air carrier and the most important of these types we have the subject of air terrorism represented in hijacking planes or placing bombs on board the plane and the use of weapons in order to scare passengers and the airplane post and d most of the time cause harm to passengers or their luggage It was necessary to study the extent to which the air carrier is responsible for the damage that may be caused to passengers as a result of air terrorism operations and the motives that it invokes in order to pay the liability for compensation.
