الملخص

يأتي هذا البحث ليبحث موضوع الأقلّيات الدّينية وما تتعرّض له من جور واضطهاد، خاصّة المسلمة منها، في مقابل تعايش بعض الأقليات الدينية الأخرى، فحاولنا أن نبيّن أساس التعايش، وفي أي إطار يستطيع أن ينجح الآخر المختلف دينيًّا في إثبات وجوده على المستوى الواقعي والمعنوي. وفي بحثنا هذا يمثّل الإنسانُ محورَ الاهتمام في علاقته مع الآخر المختلف عنه، فنسلّط الضوء على أحوال الأقلّيات الدّينية، في ظلّ التعامل مع المخالف في الدّين، التي تراوحت بين الاندماج والإقصاء، انطلاقًا من الأسس التي أقرّتها الأديان نفسها، ونصّت عليها صراحة في شرائعها، للتعامل مع هذه الفئات. تنوّعت الكتابات حول مسألة الأقليات بصفة عامّة والدّينية بصفة أخصّ، باعتبار أهمّيتها وما لها من أثر على مدى استقرار المجتمعات من عدمه، فرغم هذا الزخم الهائل من الدراسات تبقى إشكالية الأقليات قائمة ومستجدّة، وتبقى جلّ المحاولات المبذولة لتجاوزها رهينة مدى الالتزام بتقبل الآخر. Abstract: This research comes to discuss the issue of religious minorities and the injustice and persecution they are subjected to, especially Muslims, against the coexistence of some other religious minorities, so we tried to show he basis of coexistence and in what framework the other religiously different can succeed in proving his existence in reality and proving its existence morally. In our research, we highlight the situations of religious minorities, in the light of dealing with the violator in religion, which ranged between integration and exclusion, based on the grounds established for in their laws, to deal with these issues, including the issues of religious minorities, which cannot be relevant, but must be relevant with these categories. The writings on the issue of minorities in general and religious in particular have varied, given its importance and impact on the stability of societies or not, despite such a huge momentum of studies, the problem of minorities is still present and new, and most attempts to overcome it remain hostage to the degree of commitment to accept the other.
