Strategy Discourses As Practice In The Age Of Innovation

Abstract

In the era of innovation, the strategy of a company is no longer seen as an action limited to phases connected to each other, but beyond that the strategy is seen as a collective action where each actor can influence the strategic process with his potential and his knowledge. Strategy can be studied in a multidimensional way. Strategy as discourse is one of the aspects where it is difficult to locate its resources that feed strategic system. Moreover, behind each concept disseminated inside or outside the company, there emerges a strategic intention. The ultimate goal of this study is to see how strategic discourse is shaped in reality based on the strategy as practice (SaP). At the same time, what articulation between the SaP approach as discourse and the innovation context.
