الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان مساهمة التفكير الاستراتيجي في بناء حوسبة سحابية هجينة في شركة IBM، تعمل على تحقيق عوائدها بصفة عامة و نظامها المعلوماتي بصفة خاصة. من خلال طرح الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى مساهمة التفكير الاستراتيجي في تقديم حلول ابداعية جديدة لشركة IBM تساهم في زيادة عوائدها؟ وذلك بتحليل بيانات الشركة محل الدراسة للفترة 2000-2021. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أبرزها وجود مساهمة للتفكير الاستراتيجي تجلت في إدخال تقنية الحوسبة الهجينة، التي حسنت من عوائد الشركة. وأخذت بعين الاعتبار خصوصية وسرية البيانات، وأصبحت شركة IBM كمزود رائد في الخدمة الحوسبية الهجينة يحذى الإقتداء به، بوجود إطار من القوانين التي تحترم الحقوق من الإستغلال. This paper covers the contribution of strategic thinking to building hybrid cloud computing at IBM. By posing the following problematic: To what extent does strategic thinking contribute to providing new creative solutions to IBM that contribute to increasing its revenues? By analyzing IBM company data for the period 2000-2021.The study reached a number of results, most notably the presence of a contribution to strategic thinking, which was manifested in the discover of hybrid computing technology, which improved the company's revenues. So, IBM has become a leading hybrid service provider by following a framework of laws that respects rights from exploitation.
