The Organizational Effectiveness: The Problematics Of The Concept And The Interpretation Models

Abstract
Abstract: The concepts in sciences in general, and in sociology in particular, are characterized with instability and transformability as they are subject to the historical tendency are get affected by many factors. This raises many issues such as the inability to achieve an exact, clear, and full concept. This applies to the concept of the organizational effectiveness that we shall focus on in this study. In this regard, the study sheds light on the studies that tackled this concept, either those that tackled it per se or those that focused on its relation with other concepts. Besides, the study focuses on the various definitions attributed to the organizational effectiveness and the similar concepts, and identifies the models that interpret it. الملخص: تتميز المفاهيم في العلوم ككل، خاصة العلوم الاجتماعية، بعدم الثبات وقابلية التبدّل والتحوّل، فهي تخضع للسيرورة التاريخية وتتأثر بالعديد من العوامل.حيث تثير هذه الميزة العديد من الإشكالات التي من أهمها عدم الوصول لمفهوم دقيق واضح وكامل، وهو ما ينطبق على مفهوم الفعالية التنظيمية الذي تناقشه هذه الدراسة. ففي هذا السياق، تقوم هذه الدراسة بالاطلاع على مختلف الدراسات التي عالجت هذا المفهوم، سواء تلك التي تطرقت إليه بذاته أو تلك التي تضمّنت علاقته بمفاهيم أخرى. علاوة على هذا، تتطرق الدراسة لمختلف تعاريف الفعالية التنظيمية، وبعض المفاهيم المشابهة لمفهومها، وتحدد مختلف النماذج المفسرة لها.
