التذكرة الإلكترونية المكافئ للتذكرة الورقية في مجال النقل الجوي

الملخص
إن الوسيلة الأكثر استعمالا للتنقل هي النقل الجوي، الذي يعد الوسيلة التي توفر للراكب العديد من المزايا، خاصة من حيث السرعة والسلامة لضمان. على هذا الأساس يفترض أن يمتلك الراكب تذكرة سفر تضمن له ذلك، مما يعكس ماديا وجود العقد المفترض بين الراكب والناقل. والتذكرة هي إحدى الوثائق التي تقدم للراكب والتي كانت في السابق في شكل ورقي تحولت واصبحت تذكرة إلكترونية وفقا لمتطلبات الاتفاقيات الناظمة لهذا المجال لا سيما اتفاقية وارسوا لسنة 1929 واتفاقية مونتريال لسنة 1999، التي تعتبران التذكرة الإلكترونية وسيلة لإثبات وجود إيجاب وقبول بين طرفي العقد. The most commonly used means of transport is air transport, which is the means that offers the passenger many advantages, especially in terms of speed and safety to be ensured. It is on this basis that the passenger is supposed to have a ticket that guarantees him, physically reflecting the existence of the presumed contract between the passenger and the carrier. The ticket is one of the documents previously submitted to the passenger in paper form which has been converted into an electronic ticket in accordance with the requirements of the conventions governing this area, in particular the 1929 Warsaw Convention and the 1999 Montreal Convention, which regard the electronic ticket as a means of proving positive and acceptable between the contracting parties
