الملخص
ان المراهنة على المؤسسة الناشئة كأداة لتنويع الاقتصاد و تدعيم المشاريع الابتكارية و الإبداعية ، يجعلها احد مواضيع الساعة التي يعول عليها لوضع حد للتبعية لقطاع المحروقات و من ثم الاعتماد على المورد البشري و الفكري لتكريس اقتصاد المعرفة قصد التطلع بمكانته المستقبلية في المجال الاقتصادي. تصنيفات : JEL O03-K23-M54 Abstract: Capitalizing on the emerging company as a tool to diversify the economy and support innovative and creative businesses makes it one of the topics that is being counted on to end dependence on the oil sector and, therefore, rely on human and intellectual resources to concretize the knowledge economy in order to envisage its future place in the economic sphere.
