الادارة الرقمية للمصالح البيداغوجية بالجامعات الجزائرية : دارسة نموذجية لنظام Scol بكلية العلوم بجامعة المدية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الادارة الرقمية للمصالح البيداغوجية بالجامعات الجزائرية، وتركز بشكل خاص على النظام الآلي SCOL المعتمد في جامعة المدية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وأداة المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام SCOL نجح في تقديم إدارة رقمية ناجحة للعمليات البيداغوجية بمصلحة التدريس في جامعة المدية، وساهم في تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة والأساتذة، بالإضافة إلى رفع كفاءة العمل الإداري والبيداغوجي. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن النظام يتميز بمبدأ "صفر ورق" ويتكون من 3 منصات رئيسية لتلبية احتياجات كل فئة من الطلاب والأساتذة والموظفين، ويساهم في دعم سياق حوكمة ورقمنة قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الجزائر This study aims to analyze the digital management of pedagogical services in Algerian universities, and focuses in particular on the SCOL automated system adopted at the University of Medea. The descriptive approach and the interview and observation tool were used to collect data, and the study found that the SCOL system succeeded in providing a successful digital management of the pedagogical processes at the teaching service at the University of Medea, and contributed to simplifying administrative procedures and improving the quality of services provided to students and professors, in addition to raising the efficiency of administrative and pedagogical work. The study also showed that the system is characterized by the principle of “zero paper” and consists of 3 main platforms to meet the needs of each category of students, professors and employees, and contributes to supporting the context of governance and digitization of the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria.
