Abstract Human resources are concerned with the attention of modern institutions due to their importance in improving the Foundation's performance and enhancing its competitive advantage, so it focuses on the recruitment process of a good selection of individuals in line with the requirements of the planned job. This study aims to highlight the employment methods of Halliburton company by viewing the documents and employment stages.
