The objective of The study to identifying the role of social factors in the development of the conduct of the individual in the governorate of public and private property, from the point of view of secondary school students in the city of Riyadh. In order to achieve the objectives of the study use researcher descriptive approach, consisted in the study sample of,(400) students from secondary school students in the city of Riyadh. The study came to the group of results from the most important of which are: the absence of differences of statistical significance between averages of the responses of the sample of research on the role of social factors in the development of the conduct of the individual in the governorate of public and private property to a sample of secondary school students in the city of Riyadh attributable variable,age, grades, education, specialization, amended chapter last academic, school and the Ownership of housing, the type of housing, level of education of the mother, and educational level of the father, the monthly income of the family), ranging from the values of the variance analysis in the previous table (0.0007) to (0.675), these values are not statistically function at the level of an indication (0.05). The study recommends that drew attention to the importance of the inclusion of the curricula and textbooks topics urges to maintain public or private property, and the interest of members of the teaching staff to work on their communications - especially considering that students, with the need to work to address community negative behavior prevailing in the surroundings of the community which reached to the extent that the denial of the behaviors of tampering with public or private property, and changed or modified, for fear of control over the conduct of the behavior of its members.
