الملخص
القاف بين الفصيح والعاميّ والأعجميّ الأستاذ الـدكـتور عــبد الـقـادر عــيـسـاوي جـامـعة سـيدي بلعباس – الجـزائر الملخص يتطرق هذا البحث إلى موضوع القاف، من الجانبَيْن النطقي الصوتي والكتابي الترميزي. فيُعَرِّف القاف ويُبَيِّنها، ويُعَدِّد تسمياتها وصفاتها. كما يذكر أسباب الخطأ واللحن في نطقها. ويُقَّدِم ترميزها بالكتابتين الإملائيتين العربية واللاتينية، وكذا بالكتابتين الصوتيتين العربية والدولية [/ق/ /q/]. ويعرض وجوه نطقها المختلفة عند العرب والأجانب، وهي وجه واحد فصيح وصحيح، وأربعة وجوه ملحونة وخاطئة، وهي الگاف [/گ/ /g/]، والهمزة [/ء/ /’/]، والكاف [/كـ/ /k/]، والغين [(/غ/ : /ġ/)]. ويُقارِن القاف بين اللغة العربية الفصحى وبين عاميات عربية مختلفة في الوطن العربي. وأيضا يُقابِلها مع بعض اللغات الأجنبية، خصوصا الإنجليزية والفرنسية والتركية. كما يعمل على تجلية مسائل كثيرة تتعلق بصوت القاف. وفي كل ذلك يسعى إلى بيان الصواب، وتقديم الأرجح، والإدلاء بالاقتراح. فينبغي المحافظة على أصوات وحروف اللغة العربية، ومنها القاف نطقًا ورمزًا. الكلمات المفتاحية: القاف، النطق، الكتابة، الفصحى، العامية، الأعجمية. Abstract: The Qaf in Standard Arabic, Arabic dialects and foreign languages This article is about the pronunciation and the writing of the Qaf in Standard Arabic, Arabic dialects and some other languages, especially English, French and Turkish. This research deals with the subject of Qaf, from both the phonetic and written aspects. It defines the Qaf and explains it, and enumerates its names and characteristics. It also mentions the causes of error and melody in its pronunciation. It presents its symbols in the Arabic and Latin orthography, as well as the Arabic and international phonetic scripts [/q/ /ق/]. It presents its different pronunciations, whether correct or incorrect, among Arabs and foreigners, which are the Gaf [/g/ /گ/], the Hamza [/a/ /’/], the Kaf [/k/ /k/], and the Ghayn [(/غ/ : /ġ/)]. It compares the Qaf sound among classical Arabic and different dialects in the Arab world. It studies it cognitively in some foreign languages, especially English, French and Turkish. It also works to clarify many issues related to the voice of Qaf. And in all of this he seeks to clarify the correctness, to present the most likely, and to make the suggestion.
