بناء الإنسان العراقي بين مطرقة مبادئ حقوق الإنسان و سندان العولمة

الملخص
تبحث هذه الدراسة في مسألة ما إذا كان للعولمة ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان تأثير في بناء إنسان متوازن ، ومن ثم تأثيرها في بناء المجتمع وتنميته وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر ، وما إذا كانت مبادئ حقوق الإنسان تساهم في تحقيق عوامل بناء الإنسان ، حيث تم اتباع النهج التحليلي الاستقرائي ، في استقراء نصوص التشريعات المعمول بها في العراق والتي تنظم بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر عملية بناء الإنسان. ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي تساهم في تحقيق عوامل البناء البشري ، وكذلك استقراء نظريات ومفاهيم العولمة وآثارها الاجتماعية والقانونية والثقافية ؛ من أجل معرفة ما إذا كان للعولمة تأثير على عملية بناء الإنسان ، اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج الكلمات المفتاحية: بناء الانسان ، التنمية المستدامة ، العولمة ، مبادئ حقوق الانسان Abstract: This study researches the issue of whether globalization and the principles of human rights have an impact on building a balanced human being, and then its impact on building society and its development and achieving the goals of sustainable development.
