الديمقراطية التشاركية وخلق الثروة : دراسة في المفاهيم والعلاقة

الملخص
تعتبر الديمقراطية التشاركية نموذج جديد يتضمن مجموعة من الميكانيزمات لتحسين مستوى ودرجة مشاركة المواطنين في تسيير شؤونهم مما يعزز فرص خلق الثروة التي تؤدي إلى رفاه المجتمع الذي يعتبر القلب النابض، والذي من أجله تقوم كل مخططات التنمية. ونظرا لدرجة التطور الكبير الذي عرفته مؤسسات الدولة، فقد أصبح من الضروري في عالم ما بعد الحداثة أن تعمل الدولة بكل مؤسساتها على بناء وتفعيل الديمقراطية التشاركية التي سوف تكون القاطرة التي تسعى لتحسين فرص جديدة لخلق واستحداث أليات جديدة لخلق الثروة، والذي يبقى الغاية الكبرى من كل برامج التحديث والتنمية، وهو ما تسعى دراستنا للإجابة عليه. Participatory democracy is considered a new model that includes a set of mechanisms to improve the level and degree of citizens’ participation in the management of their affairs, which enhances opportunities for creating wealth that leads to the well-being of society, which is considered the beating heart and for which all development plans are based. Given the degree of great development witnessed by state institutions, it has become necessary in the post-modern world for the state to work with all its institutions to build and activate participatory democracy, which will be the locomotive that seeks to improve new opportunities to create and develop new mechanisms for creating wealth, which remains the greatest goal of all. Modernization and development programs, which is what our study seeks to answer.
